Nothing to sell you
No software of my own, no affiliate deals. If the answer is a tool you already pay for, that’s the answer.
AI & Operations Consulting
I help women leaders in small service businesses figure out where AI actually fits. In your work, with your team, in a way that holds up.
Thirty minutes, free. No pitch, just a clear next step.

The part nobody says
It was built by coders, for coders. Every tool assumes a technical baseline you shouldn’t need to have.
So you do what everyone does. Open ChatGPT, ask it something, get a decent answer, close the tab. Useful. Not sticky. Your team does the same thing separately, and six months later nothing about the work feels lighter.
What’s missing is a clear way to connect AI to the work your business actually does.
How this is different
You should never be stuck with me.
Most AI consultants build you something and keep the keys. The dependency is the business model.
Everything I build gets documented and handed to your team, so you could stop working with me tomorrow and nothing would break.
Plenty of clients come back anyway, because AI keeps moving and there’s always a next thing. That’s a choice they get to make, not a bill they’re locked into.
What you can count on
No software of my own, no affiliate deals. If the answer is a tool you already pay for, that’s the answer.
Which tool you use is close to the last decision we make. How you actually work is the first.
No countdown clocks, no getting left behind. You’re already using AI. This is about direction.
How it works

Your workflows, your team, where the friction actually lives. A conversation about your business, not a tech audit.
Some of your work should stay human. I’ll tell you which parts.
Documented and simple enough that your team still uses them after I’m gone. That’s the test.
Why me
Sixteen years in legal work taught me to use good judgment when the stakes are real. A decade in marketing and operations taught me how to communicate clearly, implement ideas, and fit the solution to how a business actually operates.
AI may be the technology, but the work is much bigger than the tools. It takes judgment, communication, and practical implementation to make AI useful inside a real business. That’s the work I already knew how to do.
Making complex work practical, usable, and built for the real world
Putting AI to work inside real businesses

The weekly email
One a week about what’s actually working. Real examples, the occasional thing I tried that flopped, no tool worship. Around three hundred people read it.
